The IN-GATE Enhanced Message Platform is a high capacity, turnkey voice processing system that supports enhanced telephone services: voice and fax messaging, intelligent call routing and integrated notification services.

• Full Feature Messaging - Integrated Voice and Fax Boxes
• Capacity - 48 to 300+ voice ports (applications on any port at any time)
• Over 120,000 subscribers and over 2000 hours of audio storage space.
• Supports 1- to 8-node cluster-architecture with common storage.
• Fax Store/Forward - Service class enables fax for individual subscribers
• Faxes can be received, kept or transferred to any fax machine, or fax-capable modem, or list of subscribers.
• Follow-Me Features - Calls can be programmed by the subscriber or pre-programmed by the service provider to ring any phone
• If subscriber is unavailable call returns to the Voice Platform.
• Voice, Fax and Page Messaging - Alpha numeric pagers display the source, as well as type of message received
• Address Book - Fully integrated to work with Callout, Fax Forwarding, Distribution Lists and Follow-Me
• Choices are played in the order that they are most often used.
• A subscriber can be added to your Address Book by pressing the [*] key while listening to a message from that subscriber.
• Operator Field - Subscribers and Non-subscribers may reach a live operator or Auto Attendant for additional help
• Outdial - Dial out directly from Voicemail
• When call is complete or party is unavailable, call returns to the Voice Platform.
• Voice Prompts & Key Functions - Easily learned features
• Subscribers can easily learn voicemail functions through the many voice prompts, speed dial capabilities and Mnemonic key functions.

• Voice Scripting allows callers to listen and respond to different menus, such as sport scores and movie times.

• Provides callers with selections or choice of subscribers for whom messages can be left.

• Branding - Play your unique branding message
• Branding may be programmed to play before caller access, after subscriber sign-on, or upon subscriber sign-off instead of "Good-bye."
