Corporate Background

IN-GATE Technology was founded in California's Silicon Valley in July 1988. Martin Clinton and Anne Peterson were the founding management team.

The founders of IN-GATE represented substantial experience in voice mail, voice response, call centers and service bureaus, computer science, telecommunications, and research and development. Their combined experience includes:

• Establishing and operating very large call-centers and service bureaus.
• Developing and supporting Privately-Owned voice systems located in Sweden, Spain, and Taiwan, plus six in Japan.
• Developing and supporting voice systems for public telephone companies and agencies in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Korea.
• Developing and managing voice systems for access to Pharmaceutical Product information and updates.
• Developing and managing voice systems for a chain of midwestern department stores and a national organization of independent florists. These systems were used for recording and delivering customers' voice greetings to accompany gifts purchased at the stores.

The mission of IN-GATE Technology is to design and supply innovative, high-quality communications products and services that create a sustainable competitive advantage for IN-GATE and for IN-GATE's customers.

The method is to build a team of people who will develop and maintain a quality- and service-oriented attitude to actively serve and satisfy IN-GATE customers by improving the quality and cost-effectiveness of IN-GATE products and services.
