OUR EXPERIENCE
The one common theme among all IN-GATE staff is our experience with organizations that provide communication services. Before IN-GATE Technology was established in 1988, our principals were contributing to the early stages of voice messaging; operating some of the first commercial message service systems, and installing and supporting telecommunication systems throughout the world. Some of our other relevant experience includes research in the area of voice technology, the implementation of large-scale communication networks, and providing local exchange operation services. Why, then, is our experience important to you at all? Because our broad background allows us to understand how your business works, and how we can contribute to its success.
Your subscribers are absolutely dependent on the communication services that you provide. And, they must have service all the time. IN-GATE can build a telecommunication system that provides all the reliability your subscribers require. Features may include direct-current power systems for telephony environments; redundant disk-storage subsystems that allow replacement of a failed unit without affecting operation; and telephone interface nodes that can be brought on-line and off-line--or even replaced--without interfering with other system nodes. At IN-GATE, we know that a key part of service reliability is for you to be able to establish and monitor service accurately and quickly. That is why IN-GATE systems communicate with your billing and customer service systems via automated data transfer.
The basis of IN-GATE's success is innovation. However, our most important innovations are not necessarily a series of wonderful inventions.
